The equipment is worn out and they don't like to buy new just repair it, when something brake they just said parts on order and you stock at home with no pay, now when the truck is running you get lots over time

Great pay. Plenty of hours. Home daily. Coworkers are generally pleasant to work with. 401k/ accumulate vacation time based on yos, paid out annually or when taken.

Pros

Union wage. Great benefits. Flexibility for time off. Seniority.

Cons

When it's busy its non stop grinding. Repainted fleet of beat up trucks.
