About Cool Way Direct

Cool Way Direct, LLC is a small, family owned, coast-to-coast refrigerated carrier. We were formed to provide our other companies and affiliates in the wine shipping community with reliable refrigerated transportation service between our US distribution centers. We provide temperature-controlled transportation focusing on the wine industry as well as other food & beverage products. Our mission is to provide superior service to our clients; growing only when the needs of our organization dictates, while simultaneously improving the image of the trucking industry as a whole. Simply put, we strive to be better! From the way we pay our drivers to how we answer our phones and everything in between, we don’t operate like most trucking companies.  Our goal has always been to drive safely, legally and conduct our business ethically. We have grown from our initial two trucks to a small yet dynamic fleet of 11 tractor-trailers, moving weekly loads out of Northern California to our distribution warehouses located in CA, NV, MO, TX, OK, FL and NY. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile by providing exceptional customer service and on time deliveries. We are dedicated creating a company culture with the high standards of reliability, safety, quality, integrity, respect, communication and ethics.
