This is the first company.that didn't lie to me about pay and hometime.dispatch is very nice to me too.best company I've worked for in 20 years.

Knoxville shop very bad. Especially two "mechanics" atleast. Honestly never expected such poor mechanics and I still dont. Have had my work orders half done and seen 1 explicitly lied on with 2 others from memory. Trailers are like 3/4 maintained Haha. The Schillinng pay very well though. They just needed to get their shop together a year ago. I've had nothing but stress out of it for 2 years now. So. Pays good. Knoxville shop not so much.

Bottom line company . mistreat drivers and drivers are the only reason the company exists you cannot have a logistics company without drivers this is something they do not understand but they're learning quick 15 to 25 drivers are leaving every week maybe they'll wake up.

Well I just started and since there hasn't been anything posted in awhile... They are coffin sleepers 100 a day orientation for 4 ten hour days go back on with day two meals provided they say 3 but hotel breakfast is awful so I'll say two kind of hectic the first day alot of waiting around for drug test and paperwork hotel is ok but leave u here with no way to get anywhere unless u walk to gas station or KFC not far but so far not to bad seems like money is here but we will see... Oh and they will treat everyone like first day drivers

Don't do it people. Do your homework. They took alot of money from me when I quite them and there isnt any way to get it back. I feel like they Stole my last check and they didnt even pay me for the last bit of miles I ran or the layovers i had coming.

F&S has been my best driving experience with my few yrs of experience as a flatbedder. Regular loads & great support system. I recommend any safety oriented driver come to work.

I spent the last week talking to a Fraley and Shilling driver. Guy had absolutely nothing bad to say about the outfit, and that was a company that fired him over speeding! Yes, they are very, very, very, VERY safety and CSA conscious. Plus, the pay ain't chump change.

Yeah, I'm putting together the application even as we speak. They've got an operation just north of me, and never advertise for new employees. That, plus the sales job from a former driver, pretty much sold me on the company.

I've been driving flatbed for them for several years now and I think they are a great company. You are right about watching the CSA scores. They are very tough on traffic violations of any kind but they are upfront about it. They send us qualcomm messages when someone gets popped for doing something stupid and what it did to their CSA score just as a reminder. One thing they have going for them over other companies I have been with is #### good people in the office. Hell, Robert Schilling, the owner, knows who I am by name and will talk to anybody. I've never had that before!

Q: Applied to them for a yard jockey position, ended up signing up for orientation for midwest regional , any one know if they are any good to run for? Couldn't find any thing on them of substance, Thanks

A: Yep. Great company. I have work for them for the last 4 years out of the Alcoa, TN. terminal.
