So it’s like seven hundred dollars a month for a tractor. Base pay is 1.14 a mile, and some accounts pay more. Also there’s your fuel surcharge. Between fuel surcharge and revenue you’ll do maybe, over, maybe under $4,000 a week. With fuel and truck, your take home will be about $1,000.
Now that’s pretax. But it’s worth it, when you consider you’re getting into the cryo market.
I’d honestly highly recommend them.

This place is a joke. Maintenance of trailers is non existent. You’ll be broken down a lot with their trailers. They can’t even keep a LIN trailer in service due to pump and pony issues often as not.
They outright lie to employees and contractors to get them here- for instance everything from “you’ll get 30 days with no lease” (try two weeks) to “you’ll get $32 an hour standby” (when they feel like enforcing it with the customer.)
It’s the sort of place you could work 80 hours in a week and only take home $900 after all is said and done.
The general attitude of management is very poor. It’s all always somehow your fault when it comes down to why the tractor can run 3,500 miles a week and your take home is extremely poor.
If you’re gonna go cryo and lease the equipment I highly recommend against this place.
Pros
Tractor payments were reasonable.
They do have some dedicated work if you stick around long enough.
A couple dispatchers do genuinely care about drivers.
Cons
Management is poor, across the board.
You’re hit for a lot of money at every turn, frankly, a greedy company.
The trailers break down extremely often.

Been there for 9 years and no complaints. From 80 to 300 owner operators and still growing fast. New Cascadia fleet with continuing replacements. Lots of Great paying sit time.
Pros
Good staff that cares and good pay weekly.

I worked at Genox from 2015-2017 . I bought a house, payed off all my bills and was way ahead financially, I have nothing bad to say. I always given the help and assistance when I needed it and more. And here is the key for your success , Stop complaining! Get to work, Your an owner operator, act like it. Take care of the account You are assigned to and they will take care of you. Stop looking for the easy work and milking the daily rate. I made my money in miles and block rate. You need to hustle and plan your time off. If you want to be held by the hand, move back home with your mommy. I had an air gas account and was never cut because I took care of them, Busted my butt and they ran me. You want a purge job, easy money then when its over you are crying there is no work because you want to sit and wait? Take everything offered to you, keep rolling. Its up to you!!
Pros
everything was a pro for me, I had control of everything. I was stop by D.O.T. 9 times for inspections and was paid $100 each time for my clean inspection.
Cons
Whining lacy baby drivers in need of breast feeding.
