The equipment was most Frightliners and Kenworth and well maintained. I did not see any brand new trucks while I worked there but all used but in great shape. Weekly miles were Around 3400 miles and when I did team about 6150 average miles a week. They do hazmat and none hazmat. Could choose what I wanted to run and where I wanted to run. Home time was flexible and 3-4 days as long as you ran at least 2 weeks out. They had flexibility. Management was great. Empowering, respectful and listened and care for their drivers. Pay was great!!! They pay well to keep drivers. Last I worked there they had about 20 or so trucks and continually growing.
Pros
Great pay
Good Home time
Great equipment, well maintained
Respect for drivers and care
Cons
Not brand new trucks however very well maintained
