Thieves and liars. No home time. Will never own the truck. Maintenance account is a joke. Pay is a joke. Promises are made never kept. Forced dispatch. If you refuse they will sit you til you starve out. Go home and you immediately lose guarantee money.

The legal definition of A member's guaranteed minimum pension (GMP) is the minimum level of pension he is entitled to receive under a former contracted-out salary-related (COSR) scheme, based on the amount the member would otherwise have received under the additional state pension for the period he was contracted out of it. That being said when they say you will get $1200 for the first 4 weeks and $1500 after that is completely false. All thru orientation I asked how, when and what form deductions would be made and was always given the same answer. “The deduction will be in small amounts after the fifth week.” I have attached the first check which is far below the $1200. Guaranteed. Later on I will post the full contract on trucker report so look for it there.

Hurricane Express is a ####### joke. They claim lease purchase but once you get to orientation your contact says RENTER. Then if you don't get above 7mpg you're fined 100$ every week for every 0.1mpg you're below 7. They never get you home on time. Their guarantee pay is all a lie. 1800$ my ###. Never saw that, not once. 34hour resets are against company policy. You could be 29 hours into one and they'll make you break it to go repower a load only to find out that the other driver hasn't even loaded it yet and you are stuck sitting again. You also only have 1, 150 gallon fuel tank and a fixed fith wheel that's all the way forward. They say you get the truck you want and how you want it after 90 days you can order it, then it takes over a year to recieve it only to get something you didn't order. You have to put either 0.8 or 0.15cpm into a maintenance account that is NON REFUNDABLE! and you aren't allowed to get any work done out on the road, you have to bring it back to their shop, but only at their convenience. And then if you were to get any work done, they charge you directly instead of taking it out of the maintenance account. Then when you are wanting to switch into a different truck because of mechanical issues the maintenance account doesn't go with you, they keep it. That company is a joke stay away from them as best you can
