They are an alright company if you looking for regional opportunities, small company feel. Mostly reefer runs, pay is on the lower end.

Pros

Equipment through Ryder, pretty good trailer maintenance, good home time If you run regional or otr in certain areas.

Cons

Biweekly pay and pretty low pay for the amount of work they want you to do. Management sometimes don’t know how to effectively communicate with drivers. Inconsistent runs, to much time on loads. For example pick Monday delivers Wednesday or Thursday.
