Not a bad company they do treat you well. They offer lots of bonuses and a decent referral program. Pay is good with a set salary. You can’t make any more though is a downside. You get home every weekend with the dedicated and most OTR. They also have a local jobs. The trucks are 65 on the pedal and 68 on cruise. The do not allow pets in their trucks. The dispatchers are okay some can be rude.

Pros

Salary, dispatcher, home time, and no micromanagement.

Cons

No pet policy, cap on pay for salary positions.

Great company, great people, they really care about what’s going on in and out of the truck. Great miles and they will keep you moving as long as you have time on your clock. Great equipment, I’ve been here 2 years never had a breakdown, occasionally you’ll get a crappy trailer but 9/10 times you’ll have a good trailer. CEO is great, calls and check to see how you’re doing and what she can do to fix any issues going on. I’m out of the VA terminal and all the dispatchers there are 10/10 and no I’m not exaggerating.

Pros

Great dispatchers, equipment, miles, and simple loads. Best family oriented company out.

Cons

Low cpm .36.

Slow trucks safety nanny systems interfere with vechicle. Safety in heavy. Rush hour traffic dose. Not like to keep equipment clean no washing of trailer loads can be heavy sometimes but overall good trucks not set up to pull but to save fuel. No hustling powe or getting down the is fantasy no incentives for inspection 20 dollars. In 2016

Pros

Garuanteed salaries

Cons

Equipment thumbs down

Driver / trainer with the company for 16 months. Home every weekend for min. 34 hr reset. Regional driving in a 2014 KW T-680 CNG. Paid $1k per wk for no-touch freight (good mix of live load/unload/drop-n-hook). Dispatch, planning, company personnel are always willing to listen if/when I've have any problems and try to resolve legitimate complaints. The garage / maintenance is fantastic... on or off the road, with service accounts, for tires with Goodyear and repairs with TA/Petro/Flying-J, and at my Akron terminal. It's not always perfect - as with any company there are going to be problems, and they can't please everyone - but I'm happy and have been treated well!

Pros

Home time, newer equipment, maintenance, support, professionalism

Cons

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) is a con for some people... which makes up a good chunk of their equipment... no shower credits at fuel stops, but you do get reimbursed for showers, so it's a wash so to speak.
