Pros

Clean and maintained trucks, local driving, main benefits, but not paid vacation or holidays. Bonus pay for excellent driving record.

Cons

Potentially very dangerous 2-lane roads for less than excellent drivers. I was slammed by a 28 y/o kid who went off the road playing road racer. No vacation pay since we get unemployment when work is slow. Depending on the route, some of the outhouses get gross.
