K&B Transportation’s commitment to earnings does not stop with our mileage pay. We guarantee our drivers 2,500 miles per week. If we can’t get you 2,500 miles in a week, we will pay you the difference. As of 11/30 we have a new pay package, $1,350/week GUARANTEED! That’s right, or guarantee is just a minimum pay Our drivers typically out-earn it, but enjoy the comfort of a guarantee. Our compensation package doesn’t stop there, we also offer full accessory pay, paid vacation and very lucrative and achievable bonuses including a $1000 annually in safety bonuses. When added all together, there is no reason you can’t earn $65,000 plus during your first year at K&B Transportation. Your pay never gets stale with scheduled raises every year you work at K&B Transportation.

Medical, dental and life insurance for all full time employees and their eligible dependents effective the first of the month after 60 days.
Insurance is provided through Aetna, which is a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) medical insurance that permits you to obtain care and service from any provider you choose.
Choose between Plan A with lower co-pays and deductibles, or Plan B which offers affordability.
Vacation
- One week after one year
- Two weeks after two years
- Vacation is calculated off of the drivers average weekly earnings for the last year
