Decent company, but work is controlled by weather and construction. I'm home everyday, some divisions allow you to take the truck home. Pay is good, but benefits feel bare bones and overpriced. It's a good company if you move up but 40 years and retirement wouldn't be my option here. Beats most local companies I promise you that.
