$1200.00 /wk minimum “Guaranteed Transition Pay” announcement!
LCL is pleased to announce the implementation of the “Guaranteed Transition Pay” program.
The guaranteed transition pay is designed to assure new drivers with LCL Bulk Transport that they will earn a great pay check while they transition into and learn our business.
This program will guarantee new drivers to LCL Bulk Transport a minimum of $1200.00 / wk beginning on their 2nd week and continuing for 12 weeks.
As a professional Class “A” driver for LCL Bulk you can expect:
- Industry leading weekly pay!
- $1200.00 / wk Guaranteed Transition Pay for 90 days starting on 2nd week .
- $2000.00 driver referral bonus (unlimited)
- Quarterly “Driver Scorecard” incentive of up to 3.5 cpm
- Assigned late model equipment
- Trucks are equipped with APUs, power inverters, refrigerators and Sirius XM.
- Regional drivers are home every week
- OTR driver are home every 10 to 12 days (out longer if you choose)
- Paid orientation, tanker training and uniforms
- Truck parking at home (based on location).
- Premium for drivers who choose to deliver into Canada (75.00) + detention
