Drivers for Lessors, Inc. can expect the following pay and benefits:
Starting pay up to $.40 per mile depending on experience, driving record and total refrigerated experience. Full time drivers can earn 1/2 cent per mile increase every 6 months with no cap.
Stop pay is paid on all additional stops between the first pickup and the last stop at a rate of $25.00 each.
$50.00 paid to driver that is not home and under dispatch and on the road for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
We pay every Friday. If a trip is concluded by Sunday before midnight and the paperwork is scanned in by Tuesday at 12:00 noon, it will be settled by Friday. We currently pay via direct deposit to your bank, or directly to your Comdata card, it is your choice.
After 60 days of full time employment, a driver is eligible to participate in medical coverage. Employees may voluntarily elect dental, vision and a health savings account for themselves and their dependents. Pre-tax dollars are payroll deducted for the employee’s portion of the premiums.
Participation in the 401(k) program is available after 6 months of full-time employment and enrollment is done quarterly. Lessors, Inc. matches 25% of your first 4% contributed.
$500 recruiting bonus, a safety bonus that can be earned for all clean DOT inspections and a $1000 bonus for driving 125,000 mile between Jan.1- Dec. 31.
All full time drivers are eligible for one week of paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years and three weeks after five years.
After 90 days of employment you can get a signed waver and pay $21.00 a month for insurance for a passanger 16 years & older.
