They do have some older equipment but, this year have spent a lot of money updating equipment. They have vacation pay, sick pay awesome 401 k match. Everyone is paid hourly and, no one standing over you.

Pros

Awesome family owned company. Not like the major corporations where you are just a number, everyone knows your name and generally cares.

Cons

They are in the business of lubricants and fuel so, if a customer is out they need to supply them or someone else will.
