Pros

Great home time,great pay, great benefits ,great people and company. Best flat bed company bar none!

Great equipment, great people to work for never have an issue getting home when I want. They do have driver facing cameras I’ve not had an issue with them once I got used to being on camera. They also have smart drive that will automatically apply the brakes if it senses something in front of you but you can shut it off by not using the cruise control.

They will run you hard if you let them. Driver facing camera Bendix smart drive

I feel that Montgomery started out putting a professional foot forward, i have been solo for a month and i have had zero issues with any part of this upstanding company.

Pros

This company listens to their drivers, and no body in upper management hides in their offices. You know who everyone is and you meet them face to face.

Cons

The trucks could have a bit more driver area storage.

Always treat me like a member of the family. Very supportive of their drivers needs. Top of the line equipment and service personnel.

They will go the miles with you to get the job done.

I have been with Montgomery for almost eight years now. It's people like Merri, Beki that go out for their way to help the Driver out. People like Anna that helps with Company T Shirts, Hats, and other items. I have said there is no "perfect" Company, but this one is perfect for me. I have found my retirement Company.
