Working at Multi Group Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)
Most of the company operation is East Cost off Mississippi. No accounts to go West. MGL start to Separate legal longer runs between two truck swap load. Governor Lock for 64mph. Lots of short runs 300-400 miles a day, not every day. For LOADED 0.50¢pm treated drivers like slave, No assign manager for drivers complain, absolutely Closed Door policy for deprived drivers. A lot of BAD Changes happened since 2016 in Multi Group Logistics. Don't expect more than 2000 miles a week either way electronic or paper logbook, they Not allow you to run more. Spend 1-2 days on truckstop a week withOut paying a penny for layover ! Company owner choose wrong people to management positions and run the company, all of them do Not like and know the trucking industry, but only thinking about fat pay check and 5p.m.
To support this talentless management owner cut the corner of Drivers Pay without notice. Much bellow the industry standard and didn't Pay any more, DISCONTINUED: No Detention, No Layover, No Breakdown, No annual Safety or Clean Inspections Bonus and No first 50 miles pay. Expect drivers to do all this Work For FREE, to support office and Leroy family. Good luck folks. Most of dispatchers are Big Liars.
P.S. It was one of the best company in 2013-2015. R.I.P. No happy drivers any more.
Cons:
The Big List… Family HMO/PPO Medical/Dental plan - $ 610-945/month Cost to Driver.
Lack of Communication between Driver and Upper Management… Driver manager (dispatcher) are afraid company owners and there Not a decision maker in exceptional situation.
Advice to Management:
Vassil, SERFDOM is Abolished 200 years ago. Start Paying back: EMPTY miles, Layover, Detention, Second Stop, Breakdown, and Safety Bonuses, …Everything you Take Away from drivers.

They are the most legit of all the white volvo gangs up there. They put those call this number for unsafe driving stickers on their trailers a few years ago...they drive fairly decent now. There are always alot of trucks sitting at their yard.
