This is one of the best flatbed companies out. You pick your loads, you get good home time and the pay is very good

Freedom to run the truck how I want, no push back if I decline a load. Complete freedom to go the routes I want. Caring Dispatch, safety, and load planners. Equipment is maintained in a balance according to what is convenient for the driver. Large freight base from p&s logistics. Have solid contacts hauling shingles and insulation out of Ohio, Indiana, and Savanah Georgia. Great insurance coverages with low deductibles. Paychecks are always on time and without problems. Paid on percentage

Pros

Freight rates, good insurance, keep me running with minimal waiting, freedom to run as hard as I want, no repercussions for turning down a load

Cons

Dash cameras in the trucks, deadhead can be in excess of 20%at times, shared equipment like tarps with p&s
