If you really want to lose your ###, then I strongly suggest you run for these people. I didn't even make it a full 2 weeks. 1 load picked up in Aurora, Il. Planner say it needs to be there on Tuesday. 2044 pay miles. I pick up and now they changed it to Wedesday. 6 days to get it there. I am in Reno on Sunday. Sit Sunday, Monday , Tuesday. Each day calling to see if they got a reload for me. Wedesday I deliever. Sorry we don't have anything. Find a truckstop. Where? You deciede. We get alot of loads out of Southern Cal. Ok Go to Santa Nella. Get there around 1100. Sit again for Wedesday, Thursday and on Friday I said ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them I am coming back to Wausau with your trailer. They said they were SO busy they could keep me running. All I did was 1 load, brought back thier trailer and now they don't want to pay me as they promised for the load I brought out there. I got to return the peoplenet and in escrow they still have $500 of my money. I brought back the dam trailer and they don't want to pay me because I have peoplenet? Which costs more?? They charge you for putting you up in a hotel. They charge you for putting peoplenet in. They charge you for taking Qualcomm out. They charge you for lettering which they never told me before. Plus I had to put it on myself. They DON'T ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU BREAK DOWN KISS YOUR ### GOODBYE!!!! They work 7 to 5 and then leave you high and dry. You tell them where you don't want to run and they send you there, If your lucky you might get 2 loads. This is pad wrap and you don"t get paid for folding. Any damage to equipment, pads, straps gone missing they charge you even if you did not do it. I have worked for crst 13 years ago and I thought they were bad. They are even worsrt then crst.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went back to Stan Koch where I worked for 7 1/2 years. Wtf was I thinking. I thought I was good at bs, but that company was better than me..

I too had a similar experience with them 3 years ago,I was with them 9 months, It was decent the first 8,a lot of store fixtures to the west coast,I ran a trade show for NYC to San Diego twice, but I got sick of their lies, too much time on loads and them keeping most of the linehaul, which I found out was around $2.00-$3.50 per miles and they were paying $1.00 plus fuel..and tou eat 250 miles of deadhead,no accessories pay etc, they raped me when I turned all their equipment in,the only loads I enjoyed were the slot machine loads out of IGT in Reno, hated NYC and delivering restaurant and store fixtures to tiny shopping malls,oh and that guy J__ in safety is a moron! as well as T___ the owner.

First off I'd like to state that I gave them a year and tried to be 'nice' when it came to when we parted ways. No tantrum, tried to look at it in a business sense.
After all, California no longer wants 2007 and older equipment in their state. It was the company's contract discression that they may pull a vehicle out of their fleet.
But, I along with several other drivers found our leased vehicle, being brought to main terminal under the tale that it was getting fixed, to find it sold out from under us and not have another vehicle to go into. Contract terminated. That's business...
But now for the dirty stuff. The 'accounting' department went back to settlements already complete, to change them to charge you the balance the day they send you home. Wiping out ALL of a settlement or two. This is with having nearly $2K in an escrow to work from, they could at least let you have your last paycheck, or give you a heads up so you can empty your belongings from your truck. Instead you end up leaving anything you can't fit in two dufflebags in the truck. I have found out, that I am not a exception case, but many others are just getting discarded like this. Sent back to wherever without their last settlements and then they find excuses to take your escrow too. You get charged, without a say in the matter. Not just at the end but during employment too. I have been charged for their trailer getting repaired and had to fight it. You lease the tractor, the trailer is owned by progressive. Also, the same kid in charge of settlements does NOT care what a driver makes. So when your truck is getting poor fuel econ, you have to beg and bug maintenance to get it fixed. So after two months of hardly any income (One good check in nearly three months), get pulled to office, they won't fix the blown turbo, here is your bus ticket home.
Like to say maintenance was a one time thing... but that was the THIRD truck that went like that. First one was a brand new ideal lease truck. You are told that maintenance guy will go to bat to help you get truck fixed. That didn't happen. Which if you think about it, it doesn't cost them a penny, ideal lease truck has bumper to bumper. So, it is a lie. Then if you get one of their trucks and you pay into the maintenance program, you have NO SAY in how your money is spent to fix the truck that you are 'buying' which is left to one person's decision as to when that is. Because in the contract it is written more like a rental agreement. Transfer of possession is not written anywhere in it. Everything with the company is more of a verbal trust me. Then they mess you over, including burning your DAC.
This was my third time leasing a truck. I have NEVER been treated this shady in my career, please run the other way!
