company is great pay but nights weekends and holiday you will work for 15 years before you see any weekend or holidays or a day time shift. plus managers seduce married women and subordaents. disgusting and if you become injured that will fight you for years that like new drivers that kiss butt
Pros
good pay but you never know when you will finish shift

I followed company rules , I came to work a half hour early , I reported to dispatch that I was sick (according to company rules and dot rules ) , I requested TO GO HOME and I was not excused . When someone with a pre existing condition ask to go home then someone needs to listen , but if they don’t ; They should Accept responsibility . managment knew I wasn’t feeling well and they handed me a load , I even ask two supervisors to let me go home and they didn’t , instead they put my name in the computer and handed me a load , and I hooked the wrong trailer , and was let go. All I’m saying is I could have been home resting . someone could have gotten hurt and they would have said the whole thing was my fault , but the main ingredients in a pie is apple , and the main thing I told them that day was I'm not feeling well !. . P.S. : There’s more to this story and Documents , signatures ; Nevertheless poor Representation gets you no where! . Meaning (Local63).
Cons
They told EDD that I signed the bid to get out of it, but the bid is just a sheet of paper and don’t hold no power over someone’s condition, it’s modified every time there’s a change of duty or attendance or anything at the start of your shift, it’s because EDD doesn’t know the dot rules !.
