Roflol....theres a reason owners sold rich to roadrunner....they don't know how or capable of surviving beyond their past "outlaw" dynamics....got in $$$, got out.....roadrunner needs to re-organize this archaic chaos....lucrative contracts are in imminent danger of being lost......it fairly obvious

Pros

None

Cons

Chaotic, archaic, exists by default

Rich management down to a supervisor or even a dispatch terrible communication. breakdowns and waiting for load not paid Now at some terminals are paying by the hour due to they could not keep Slip seat filled to much wait time when paid by the mile I made decent money but the local terminal manager, supervisor and dispatcher were rude used a lot of vulgar language towards me and other drivers the tractor and trailer are good shape some of the terminal maintain good upkeep of tractors A major trucking company brought Rich I thought it would get better it did not same ways different day !!

Pros

trailers and most tractor are in good shape

Cons

managers , dispatchers and supervisors are rude incompetent and do not communicate well on a preplan be told several different things to do and told not to do by a few different manager type very frustrating

Good equipment. Trucks run at least 75 mph because you have to drive like a nut to keep their schedule. Dispatchers are rude and incompetent. Company lies and says the slip seat drivers will be home every day but that's only if they have loads to get you home. No pay for waiting. Avoid this place at all cost.

Pros

Nice equipment and it will scoot.

Cons

Horrible dispatchers and management. Extremely high turnover. The worst company I've ever worked for. The treat drivers like dirt.
