Salary

Compensation at Risinger Brothers Transfer includes the following:

  • Linehaul Base Rate - Up to $1.08 for all miles including empty miles
  • Fuel Surcharge - 1 cent change for each 6 cent change in DOE National Rate. FSC at $3.01/gallon = $.17/mile
  • Pay Period - Direct deposit or Comdata card load every Friday
  • Transflo - Provided at no cost to turn in paperwork
  • Qualcomm - Installed at no cost. No monthly fee.
  •  I-Pass, PrePass - Provided at no charge and prepaid on all approved Risinger routes
  • Tolls & Scales - Reimbursed with paid receipt
  • Fuel Taxes - $30.00 per week escrowed. Filed and balanced quarterly.
  • Bobtail Insurance - $7.00 per week for $1,000,000 in coverage
  • Collision Insurance - $2.80 per $1000 of coverage requested
  • Liability Insurance - Provided at no cost
  • Deductible Buy Down Program - $28 per week. Reduces contracted accident exposure from $5000 to $500.
  • Occupational Accident Insurance - $23 per week
  • Comdata Fuel Card - $.05 to $.45 cents per gallon discount on fuel in network (Pilots)
  • Cash Advance - $200 per week
  • Annual Truck Inspection - Provided at no cost
  • Physical / Drug Screen - Provided at no cost
  • Escrow Account - $.10/mile up to $2,500 - Does not apply to Lease Purchase Program - Lease Purchase has $.12/mile non-refundable maintenance fee
