Great company couldn't ask for better management they will go above and beyond to make you happy and keep you rolling I have literally been told the most important thing is that I'm happy and I always am good luck finding a company as good as Rowe Transfer

Miles equipment home time weekly pay

Small company so sometimes hard to get someone on the phone late at night if you have an issue but other then that not really any cons

All 2017 peterbilt 579 with 13 spd all almost new or brand new trailers run flatbed conestoga and van home every weekend if that is what you want or will run you its really up to you average 2500 to 3000 miles per week

Pros

Usually give you options for loads nice equipment that isn't governed at 65 so you can actually run a bit extremely helpful getting you home if you need to be home even with only a day or two notice if you have an emergency they'll get you back and they will work hard to get you the detention you deserve

Cons

Paid bi weekly sometimes its hard to get a hold of someone in the office with it being such a small company
