The equipment is not new but the maintenance is top notch. Since we're a regional LTL carrier I'm home every night which after years of not is really nice.
Liberal paid holidays and a quarterly safety bonus.
For most work we are paid an hourly rate. If we travel out of Minnesota to Iowa or North Dakota we are paid mileage for all miles driven and our hourly rate for all time spent delivering or picking up.
