*P3 Program: Super Service puts you in control of your earnings through P3 (Performance Pay Program). Increase your pay by up to $.06 per mile based on five achievable incentives in Safety, Availability, Miles Per Gallon, Service, and HazMat Endorsement.
Performance is evaluated monthly- this means that you no longer need to wait for quarterly or yearly bonuses!
With our new raise and P3 Program, you could be earning an additional 10 CPM each month!
