Salary
Pay at Total Transportation is as follows:
Solo Drivers:
- Start at 36¢ to 45¢ per mile based on experience (3 Years With No Accidents, Start at 45¢ Per Mile)
- 1¢ per mile pay increase each year - with NO pay cap! (It pays to stay!)
- An additional 1¢ per mile Safety Bonus each year
- Extra pay if you have a Hazmat endorsement
- Average around 3,000 miles per week
Team Drivers:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Starting pay is 46¢ - 51¢ per mile depending on experience & endorsements
- 1¢ per mile pay increase every year with NO PAY CAP!
- 2¢ per mile annual safety bonus
