unless you plan on running illegal, you will not be in their "click" and will spend alot of time sitting, the ppl in operations are a joke, the right hand dont have a clue what the left hand is doing, i was told by recuriter and also in orientation that there wont be much north east runs,, lie, about 75-80% of their freight goes and comes from the north east, and hometime is something they tell you that you will get but somehow they find ways to try and keep you from getting home, the shop at the terminal is a joke, should just take the trucks to walmart for svc, im sure walmart would be a whole lot faster, they offer a bonus plan providing you meet all the monthly requirments-idle time, mileage, fuel mpg,no svc failures, etc, etc, and you can meet almost all requirments except for one-mileage,they will pretty much park you so you cant make the bonus, to sum it up-STAY AWAY, also their safety record isnt the greatest, plan on DOT inspections

Really nice KW equip, well maintained, APU's. They are giving 2-3 yr drivers first choice, and if there's anything left, they'll hire you with perfectly clean MVR, perfect DAC report, 18mo MINIMUM exp, no accidents or incidents, and a pint of blood from your first born.
Available miles, unknown, they used to say 2500/wk like everybody else used to say. Pay rate is average "big" company scale (18mo $0.32, 24mo $0.34, 36mo $0.36, etc.)
Would not say they are "military" style like SNI, but they have rules, and they are very strict about them. Anything is grounds for dismissal, so you've got to keep your nose, your MVR, and your DAC perfectly clean, don't question any rule (never break one). For some reason, their drivers don't talk, but word from my relatives is that they are generally nice guys to work for.
Best of luck, and if you go that way, please let us all know their secrets.
