Decent miles decent equipment dispatchers are good except nights and weekends the pay is great on some weeks and the benefits are awesome along with home time

The equipment could be better too much sitting at plants load planning could use some work and miles could be better

Newer trucks, 58k+/yr pay, always a load, regional drivers can home garage
Cons
No detention pay, regional drivers don't recieve 'per diem', long waits in doors, driving is mostly night driving, no pets, high per passenger costs

Will use your truck while your out on leave. Have to empty your stuff out when you go home if you want to keep your stuff.
