There is one man that has driven this company straight into the ground. He's not the owner or the son. He thinks he knows what's best for everyone. Meanwhile the company has lost tons of business and great drivers all because of him. If you like to be micro managed this is the place.

Once was a good place to work but they are all about their money, not yours. You would think hauling haz mat you would be making good money, not here. They don't want to pay you for any of your time unless you are under a load. New management has ruined what could be a great company.
Pros
Plenty of home time because no work.
Cons
Junk equipment, they take your safety bonus for any reason they can think of

Lots of favoritism, management does not care about employee/owner operator revenue or financial well being. Best loads are given to their select few which makes this company very undesirable to work for . I got very depressed while working there , is a very stressful place .
I wont recommend it to my worst enemy

Awful, corrupt, bottom feeding rate cutters. Particularly Houston where the Manager Ms. Goode is especially evil. Equipment is ancient and not maintained.
Pros
Good hometime.... because you won't be working

Bottom feeders and rate cutters. They will nickel and dime your paycheck to death. Everything you can imagine, and some you haven't thought of, will be backcharged to the driver. They won't pay you the sign on bonus, they will tell you the sign on bonus ended 2 days before your start date. They will give all the best loads to their favorites, particularly in Houston where they are even more corrupt than the other Terminals. You will have good home time because you won't be running that much. Just enough to keep you starving, but not enough to be able to afford to leave. The trailer maintenance is laughable at best. Be prepared for 4+ hours of downtime every time you switch trailers as the guy ahead of you left it with a flat tire, lights out and stole all the hoses and fittings off it. Safety will be all over your ### for 1 mph over the speed limit, but they never check their own trailers. Be prepared to think you have a load planned and then it disappears, or think you have a day off and they suddenly have a load. Occasionally you will get something good like during the Hurricane Harvey we made a lot of money. Upper management will never back you up and will lie to keep you. They have a driver retention Dept that will promise you the world if you don't quit, and then deny it all when you try to make them keep the bargain
Pros
You can be home a lot because they have no work.
Management are open to giving you the best loads if you give them something
Cons
Equipment
Management
Maintenance
Favoritism
Nepotism
Cheap rates
Even cheaper tires
