Waller does not pay for moving empty trailers, they don't pay any holiday pay, vacation pay is paid weekly at .005 CPM that you are supposed to save for a vacation. They do not take out state tax from your state unless it's Missouri or Kansas. Single bunk trucks. Absolutely no idle policy. Planners don't know how to read or understand hours of service before putting loads on you. Rarely ever get a preplan so you wind up sitting. If you deliver after 5pm and don't have a preplan you will sit way into the next morning waiting on a load. Communication within the office is pitiful. The owner will NOT take any time to meet or speak with drivers. Drivers have to supply coffee for the driver's lounge the company won't. APU's seem to break down a lot in the trucks. You can only wash the truck at the yard and it comes out just as dirty as when it went in the wash. Newest trucks have cameras and the Bendix system in them. Lots of drivers were hard pressed to get 2000 miles a week. Home time sucks.
Pros
Some of the staff are super friendly
Cons
Pay, low miles, to much sitting, home time sucks
