Pay for company drivers at Watkins Refrigerated is as follows:
Start $.44 per mile
At Watkins you will automatically receive 1 penny per mile for each of your first 5 years.
1 year $.45
2 year $.46
3 year $.47
4 year $.48
5 year $.49
For those that have, maintain or obtain your HazMat endorsement, add $.02 to each category.
