I am the wife of a driver. I have been a truckers wife for over 14 years and Wright is the best company hands down. We are home usually every weekend, we have only had to wait 1 time for them to find a load and his dispatcher is amazing! Most of the loads are on the East side of the US, which I wish was out west some but our truck is not DEF so no Cali runs.(some trucks are) However, I would give the West up to have the respect and true family values Wright has shown! Our dispatcher does everything she can to at least get us to different places. They have regular companies they pick up & deliver to all the time, so there are always loads.

Pros

Pay is great, everyone is friendly and helpful, they treat the spouse as they are part if the team and will talk to them about the drivers loads or pay if the driver gives them permission to. They treat drivers and their families with respect and do everything they can to help the driver out when needed.

Cons

They do not got out west very often unless you have one of the Cali trucks but it is ok, my husband chose his truck. He got a 2018 Freighterliner.

This company is unreliable, and unprofessional. I booked the shipment with them, and they never bothered to show up. They would not answer their phones or answer any texts I sent them. They are unreliable, unprofessional and irresponsible

Just started with them. I'm liking it here. Haven't had to beg for miles. Bonused milage first month here. Very friendly and laid back. Equipment is basic, but in good repair. Owner is buying gliders. Love them.

Pros

Miles are here. Preplan experts. Slightly above average pay, but bonuses help.

Cons

Basic tractors, as in no APU or front curtain. Wifes seat is basic, not air ride.
