Solo Company Drivers at Transport America are offered the following pay/benefits:

 Pay:

• Starting CPM up to $0.44
• Pay for performance can have you at top scale of $.47 in 3-5.5 years

• Hazmat miles are paid an extra $.04 cpm [Hazmat not required]
• Average 10,000 miles/month
• Various home time choices

Teams are offered the following pay and benefits:

Pay:

• Starting cents per mile up to $.50 ($.25 per driver)
• Hazmat miles are paid an extra $.04 cents per mile ($0.02 per driver)
• Targeting up to 6,500 miles per week
• DON’T MISS A PAYCHECK! Transition bonus to awarded to both drivers at first dispatch
• Various home time options available
• Productivity bonus paid at a rate of $0.05 cents per mile to each driver of a team for every mile over 50,000 and up to 58,000 in a calendar quarter. There is a $0.10 cents per mile productivity bonus for anything over 58,001.
• Average Truck age is under 1 year old
